It is not my goal to get rich on shipping costs. On the contrary: I try to keep shipping costs fair and as low as possible for you. If your order is over a certain amount, and you are within the EU, I will pay the shipping costs (see above). If so, you will automatically see “free shipping” at check-out.
If you would like to pick up your order at my studio in Pöndorf, Upper Austria, that’s always free, of course!
CO2 neutral shipping, always with track & trace
I ship your orders with Austrian Post (Post.at) or GLS. Both ship CO2 neutral and have proven to be reliable. They also provide a track and trace number for your coveted goodies.
Alas, as you may have guessed already, this comes at a price. Especially international shipping isn’t cheap. Being a small, local business in Austria, my volumes aren’t big enough to get cheaper options yet.
Please understand that the indicated delivery times are based on the information provided by my shipping partners. Business days start counting when I deliver your parcel to the post counter. As soon as I do so, you will receive a track and trace number.
If you have ordered a screen printed item that is in stock, I will prepare your order for shipping as soon as possible. I always try to combine multiple orders to avoid trips to the post office for single parcels. If you are in a hurry to receive your order for whatever reason – you might want to use it as a gift for a special occasion, or you simply can’t wait to receive it- please send me an email. In such case, I will do my best to speed up the process for you.
Delivery times for personalized items & back orders
If you have ordered a personalized silkscreen printed item or a product that is on back order, I will always contact you about the time needed to make and ship your order. If you have a question about delivery times, just send me a message.
First of all, if you want to return an item you bought at hasenbock.com, it means you bought something from me. That’s great, thanks! However, I am sorry it didn’t work out the way you expected it. So, let’s get this sorted out. You have to know that I want you to be happy about shopping at Hasenbock’s. That said, there are some things you might need to know about I handle returns.
30 Days & unused
If you want to return an item you bought at hasenbock.com please let me know as soon as possible, but at least within 30 days after you’ve made your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Ideally, you return it in the original packaging and with all labels attached (if any).
Refund or exchange
If you return an item, you may choose to receive a refund or an exchange. There are certain situations where I can only grant you a partial refund/exchange.
– The returned item is not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Of course, I replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you wish to exchange your purchase for the same or a similar item, send me an email and I will set it in motion. Please do note that some items might not be available in exactly the same color, size or design, as all Hasenbock’s products are hand made and I keep limited stock only. In such cases, I will always try to figure out a satisfactory alternative with you.
Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items usually cannot be refunded or exchanged. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with your sale item, let me know and I’ll see what I can do for you.
How to return an item
Before you return your product, please send an email to tell me which item(s) you ‘d like to return. It is not necessary to state a reason, but I’d appreciate it if you would. If the product is damaged or defective, please send a picture of it. Don’t forget to tell me if you’d like a refund or an exchange. I will then give you the return address and a return number and you can send the item(s) back.
Once I have received your return and have taken a look at it, I will send you an email to notify you if your refund or exchange is approved or rejected. If it’s approved, I will process your refund or exchange. If you have opted for a refund a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment. This might take some time, be patient and contact your bank before checking with me. It it may take some time before your refund is officially credited to your account. It you feel it takes too long and after you have checked with your bank, just send me an email and I’ll try figure out the status.
Return shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to Hasenbock in Austria. These cost are not refundable.
If you choose to exchange your purchase for another item, you don’t have to pay shipping costs again for the shipping of the exchanged product. I will cover these. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. I will only refund or exchange after I have received your undamaged returned items.
